Full renovation and remodel of historic single-family home in Phoenix running all new electric, plumbing, HVAC. Scope also included a 400 SF master suite addition and garage conversion to an office/studio.

• Removing bearing walls and exposing beams to double the size of kitchen and open up the living space. 
• Preservation of existing structures and roof throughout.
