Our feasibility studies are $150 and are meant to help developers and investors assess the viability of a project. We bring the design and constructibility perspective to de-risk your prospective investment. An inspection report highlights a property’s weaknesses — we give you a better view of the opportunity. 

How it works:

  • We receive criteria, investment goals, risks,  and other details from you.
  • We tour the property.  
  • 3J puts together a ‘design and construction’ report to help inform the viability of a project. 
  • Our report can include information on zoning, building addition strategies, construction estimates, and will highlight risks to execution. (We tailor based on what will help you the most)
  • You plug into your Stage 1 Proforma and move forward more confidently.
